A Smarter Way to Coordinate Care.

Radiology Report Management Software

At Radloop, we are experts in smart solutions that coordinate care.

Our actionable findings manager automates and streamlines the follow-up of important findings in radiology reports without changing radiologists’ workflow. Our AI-driven engine processes reports to extract recommendations and delivers them to our navigator dashboard, as well as integrating seamlessly with EMRs.

Our MIPS measures extractor automates and streamlines the reporting of important quality metrics to both national registries and QCDRs. With the MIPS reporting requirements changing, we help protect Medicare revenue from negative adjustments and simplify the reporting process. We help take that burden off of radiology practices.

Overall, Radloop provides patients, clinicians, administrators, and other stakeholders with peace of mind through smart solutions that coordinate care.

Actionable Findings Manager

Actionable Findings Manager

Radloop’s AI-driven engine automatically extracts actionable findings in the text of radiology reports to ensure proper follow-up without disrupting radiologists’ workflow. Patients & providers are notified of findings and scheduled for follow-up, if necessary. We integrate seamlessly with EMRs and can also be accessed through our navigational dashboard. Radloop ensures reliable closure of actionable incidental findings to improve patient outcomes, reduce risk, protect revenue, and give patients & providers peace of mind.

Automated Quality Measure Reporting

Automated Quality Measure Reporting

Radloop’s Measure Extractor automates and simplifies the process of capturing, reviewing, and submitting MIPS quality data to registries & QCDRs. Starting in 2022, only a near-perfect score will avoid negative Medicare payment adjustments. We automate the traditional ‘shoulder tapping’ required when a measure does not meet the performance standards. The system will automatically notify the radiologist so that adjustments can be made to the report before submission to close the loop. By streamlining & automating the reporting process for national and QCDR measures, we help protect Medicare revenues and take the burden of measure reporting off of radiologists.

Avoid Medical Malpractice.

Minimize clinician exposure and risk.

In the United States, failure to adequately communicate radiology results is a leading cause of litigation against clinicians.

w

Communicate results effectively

Radloop ensures that all results are communicated effectively, maximizing the clinician’s ability to communicate the need for follow up imaging with the patient.

/

Bridge the gap

Radloop bridges all gaps between an actionable finding and a final disposition by closing the loop between radiologists, clinicians and patients in a timely fashion.

d

Keep an audit trail

Radloop captures all actions taken to ensure that an audit trail is complete and accurate while seamlessly integrating them into the client’s EMR.

Recapture Revenue from Missed Follow-ups.

Automated diligent tracking of recommendations will increase revenue. Studies1 show that 26% of accepted recommendations are not performed (lost to followup).

Process more recommendations

Diligent tracking and processing of recommendations via Radloop will increase revenue by reducing the percentage of findings which are lost to follow up. Studies and our findings show reductions in lost exams as high as 70%. 1

Capture more revenue

The installation of Radloop provides hospitals, clinics, and clinicians with a simple solution to ensure that follow up imaging recommendations are communicated and acted upon in a timely manner thus recapturing revenue when additional otherwise lost exams are performed.

Automate Radiology Report Workflow.

Deliver radiology reports directly to your clinician’s smartphone and desktop PC
via Radloop’s revolutionary phone and web applications.

Automatic Recognitions

Radloop automatically recognizes follow up recommendations in radiologist’s reports and allows the clinician or a designated navigator to act on the recommendations.

Take Action Anywhere

Radloop allows the clinician to accept, decline, modify or defer the radiologist’s recommendation, anytime/anywhere.

Communication Made Easy

The clinician may contact the patient or the radiologist directly from the application. They may also forward the result to an additional provider requesting a transfer or consult.

Navigator Peace of Mind

The navigator watches over the loop, and can assist at any time, further reducing the percentage of exams lost to follow up.

Track Data in Radiology Reports.

Track follow up recommendations and close the loop

Radiologists make a follow up imaging recommendation on 12% of reports1.  Although clinicians may accept most recommendations, one quarter of these actionable findings are not performed, they are lost to follow up.  The Radloop application provides hospitals, clinics, radiologists and clinicians with the tools necessary to optimize the process, thus decreasing the percentage of follow up exams that are not performed.  How does your facility compare to these national averages?  Are you interested in understanding this data for your practice? Radloop will provide these analytics.
